In collaboration with Jaakko Kaijala, a pioneer in innovative energy solutions, we are integrating a Bitcoin mining facility into the resort's energy strategy. By repurposing thermal energy generated during mining, we will power various resort amenities and systems, reducing waste while supporting the development’s financial and environmental goals. ​This visionary community exemplifies a harmonious blend of luxury, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology, allowing investors and residents to be part of an extraordinary new chapter in El Salvador’s coastline development.

Our engagement began with a detailed peer review of the previous architect's work, where we identified critical compliance issues and violations. These findings prompted strategic recommendations, ranging from plan amendments to a complete redesign. By addressing these challenges, we ensured regulatory compliance and provided accurate cost estimations to support informed decision-making.

As we advance toward finalizing a full proposal set tailored for prospective investors, our approach integrates innovative design with market insights to enhance the property's appeal. This holistic process reflects our commitment to guiding clients through every phase of development, from concept to transaction, ensuring their vision aligns with market demands and investment goals.
