JAKUPSIL
Jakupsil 작업실 is the Korean term for a studio, atelier, or laboratory—a space dedicated to exploring and testing diverse design methodologies. Our mission is to redefine the architecture industry by expanding the scope of services across various design disciplines and professional domains - especially art and real estate. We are involved in all stages of architectural services, from concept and feasibility studies to construction documentation and administration. We assist with real estate transactions and provide art consultations for both residential and commercial clients.
Services are delivered through collaborations, integrating the expertise of our in-house team with that of our trusted affiliates. With over two decades of experience in their respective fields, our affiliates primarily serve the Tri-State area, while we oversee every step to ensure a seamless, tailored experience. Jakupsil team members consist of licensed architects, real estate professionals, and gallerists based in the US and Korea.
